The table is already telling you. Look at kcat/KM across all three rows: 0.149, 0.151, 0.149. It is essentially constant. That is what uncompetitive inhibition does: kcat and KM each drop by the same factor, so their ratio holds. The Lineweaver-Burk parallel lines in the passage confirm it.
Watch the units. Table 1 gives kcat/KM in mM⁻¹·s⁻¹. The question asks for μM⁻¹·s⁻¹. Multiply by 1,000: 0.150 mM⁻¹·s⁻¹ becomes 150 μM⁻¹·s⁻¹.
Ki is a dissociation constant. It does not shift as [I] increases. Each row in Table 1 gives the same Ki: 60.3 μM. Answer: 150 and 60.3 μM. Choice C.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. The Chrome extension syncs data from all AAMC Prephub products: Full Length Exams (FL1 through FL5 and the Scored Practice Exam), QPacks 1 and 2, Section Banks (CP, CARS, BB, PS), and the Official Guide sample questions.
No problem. If you have no AAMC data synced yet, MedCast will build you a generic high-yield study plan based on what the MCAT tests most frequently. It also tells you exactly when to take AAMC FL 1 as your diagnostic to start populating real performance data.
The extension only reads your question-level performance data from the AAMC Prephub while you're on that site. It does not access payment information, AAMC account credentials, or any other site. Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS and stored securely in your private account.
MedCast's high-yield rankings are built from detailed analysis of real MCAT content distributions, broken down by content category and sub-topic. The priority list combines that yield data with your own miss rate so the topics you see first are the ones with the highest expected score impact for you specifically.
Absolutely. MedCast is designed to complement any prep course. It doesn't replace content resources; it tells you which content to focus on. Use it alongside Blueprint, Khan Academy, Princeton Review, or any other resource you're already using.
Your data stays in your account. You can renew access at any time if you need more time to prepare or if you're retaking the exam. We also plan to offer extension pricing for students who need additional months.
The AI Tutor is built on Claude (by Anthropic) and supplemented with MedCast's own high-yield MCAT content database. It knows which topics appear most often on the real exam and can explain concepts at exactly the depth the MCAT requires: no more, no less.
